1. Acceptance of Terms

By registering for and using OmniNova, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use our services.

2. Description of Service

OmniNova is a local services marketplace connecting users with businesses. We provide the platform but are not a party to any agreement or transaction between users and businesses.

3. User Conduct & Spam Policy

You agree to use the platform only for genuine enquiries. You must not:

• Send spam, unsolicited offers, or deceptive messages
• Harass, abuse, or harm other users or businesses
• Create fake accounts or impersonate others

Strict Anti-Spam System: We operate a strict report system. If your account receives multiple spam reports from businesses, it will be automatically warned (at 3 reports) and permanently suspended (at 5 reports).

4. No Guarantees

While we strive to vet businesses, we do not guarantee the quality, safety, or legality of any services advertised. Users should exercise their own judgment and caution before hiring any service provider.

5. Account Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time, for any reason, including violation of these Terms.

6. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by the laws of the applicable local laws.
